SHIPPING /RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICIES

SHIPPING POLICIES -

  1. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 2,000
  2. Orders are delivered within 6 to 8 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 
  3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at aprahandloom@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91-9272099989 within 2 hours of placing the order.

RETURN POLICIES -

You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Return will be processed only in case of a damaged product. Customer needs to mail us with clear pictures in such a case. However, minor imperfections are a part of handmade products, hence they can not be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

REFUND POLICY  

    Mode of Refund

    • Return/Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of the product's delivery.
    • The customer will receive the refund amount within 7 days.

    EXCHANGE POLICIES -

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will contact you for taking any other product of same value or more.

    Once the replacement product(s) are selected we will ship them as soon as possible.
